Classes & Schedule
Classes will begin June 4th, 2024 for second year students and are held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at the University of Utah Main Campus in Salt Lake City. Last day of classes will be August 6th, 2024.

Registration
Each student will receive a customized class schedule including information about their assigned cohort. Second year students will receive a link to their class schedule and will need to follow the prompts to complete registration and pay their tuition and fees.
Dropping Courses
Once a student is officially enrolled and committed to attend class, they must officially drop their classes by the deadline, Wednesday, May 22nd if they cannot fulfill the set requirements. If the class is not officially dropped, the student will be charged full tuition and may receive failing grades on their college transcript. If a student decides to drop one course, they will be dropped from all courses as part of the agreement to participate in the Step 2 the U program.
Withdrawing from Courses
A withdrawal is considered an attempt to take a class, any withdrawals from classes will result in a W (withdrawn) on the student's college transcript. Note that 3 or more attempts may impact the student's future financial aid. If a student decides to withdraw from one course, they will be withdrawn from all courses as part of the agreement to participate in the Step 2 the U program. The withdraw deadline is Friday, June 21st.
