Sophomore Appreciation Week

Start your second year at the U in style with events to celebrate you!

Stop by the Sophomore Fair from 10-2 on September 11, for fun goodies including a Sophomore Appreciation Discount Card.

Rsvp to join your peers for the inaugural Sophomore Celebration dinner on September 12, from 5:30 -7:30 PM. Both events are in the Union Ballroom.

From Purpose to Impact: Sophomore Year Workshops

Register for this series of workshops (UGS2900) uniquely designed to help you define your college path. Focusing on personal reflection and exploration, this course provides a foundation for skills and knowledge necessary to successfully complete your degree. These sessions will help you deepen your sense of purpose and help you identify ways you can engage with and have a positive impact on your community. Define yourself at the U.

Mandatory Second Year Milestone Advising

Work with your advisor to map your Plan to Finish. Think of your advisor as your personal navigator who is squarely in your corner, helping you to chart your course to graduation. Advisors assist with academics; they also have insight on ways to expand your horizons and explore the unique and fun learning opportunities at the U. Make the most out of your time at the U.

Whether or not you take a course from them, MUSE professors are dedicated to your success, and have a proven record of teaching and mentoring undergraduate students.
